Do you clean interior windows?
No. Patriot Softwash provides exterior window cleaning only. Interior windows and the inside surfaces of storefront glass and glass doors are not included.
How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
The right frequency depends on how quickly your glass gets dirty and the appearance you want to maintain. Street-facing storefronts may need more frequent attention than upper office windows. We can discuss your property's exposure and maintenance goals when preparing your quote.
Can you reach upper windows?
Our water-fed poles can reach many windows up to three stories tall from the ground where access allows. Landscaping, awnings, setbacks, and other structures can affect whether a window can be reached. Send us photos so we can review your building before scheduling.
How much does commercial window cleaning cost?

Will window cleaning remove scratches?
No. Scratches are physical damage to the glass surface and cannot be removed with standard window cleaning. Existing scratches will remain after cleaning.
Will hard water stains be removed?
No. Standard exterior window cleaning does not remove existing hard water stains or bonded mineral deposits. Purified rinse water helps prevent new mineral spots from the cleaning water, but it does not remove existing staining. If hard water stain removal is needed, notify us before cleaning begins so we can assess the glass and discuss whether a separate treatment is available and appropriate.
Will artillery fungus, construction debris, or window decals be removed?
No. Standard cleaning does not remove artillery fungus, construction debris, adhesives, caulking, paint, stickers, or window decals. These materials will remain after cleaning. Please tell us about existing residue before service begins.
What do we need to do before our appointment?
Remove all exterior window screens before our arrival and make sure windows are fully closed and secured. Customers are responsible for screen removal. We need clear access around the building and to each window included in the service.
Please move signs, merchandise, outdoor furniture, and other movable items that block access. Landscaping and other structures must not obstruct the windows. Let us know about locked gates, restricted areas, or windows blocked by permanent structures before your appointment so we can determine whether they can be serviced.
