Our purified water rinse helps prevent new mineral spots from the cleaning water, but it does not remove existing hard water damage or staining. Will artillery fungus or construction debris be removed?

What do I need to do to prepare for my cleaning?

Please remove all exterior window screens before our arrival and make sure all windows are fully closed and secured. Customers are responsible for removing all exterior screens before service.

We must have clear access around the home and to each window being cleaned. Please move outdoor furniture, decorations, and other items that block access. Landscaping and other structures must not obstruct access to the windows. If landscaping or a permanent structure blocks a window, please send us a photo before your appointment so we can determine whether it can be serviced.
